About You

You’re a self-starter with a deep passion for transforming how language models are trained and applied to perform complex tasks. You thrive in environments where you can propose and test ideas quickly, without waiting for instructions. You can take their own ideas, test them rapidly, and implement them independently. You enjoy the fast pace of early-stage environments, tackling complex problems with a hands-on, empirical approach. Solving puzzles is something you find rewarding.

Key Responsibilities

• Collaborate with the technical team to design and implement large-scale, complex workflows for data extraction and processing.
• Utilize Python programming language to develop efficient solutions that meet project requirements.
• Integrate AI technologies where necessary to enhance data extraction and automation processes.
• Create and maintain documentation for developed workflows, ensuring clarity and ease of understanding for stakeholders.
• Work closely with the co-founders and technical team to meet project deadlines and deliver high-quality results.
• Adapt to evolving project requirements and contribute innovative ideas to improve workflow efficiency and effectiveness.

Qualifications

• 2+ years of hands-on development experience with Python including writing Jupyter or Colab notebooks.
• Extensive hands-on experience with Prompt Engineering Techniques.
• Fine-tuning techniques, including parameter-efficient methods.
• Model deployment and invocation of at least one of these model families: Gemini, Llama, GPT, Claude.
• Testing models and measuring accuracy for specific tasks on platforms such as Humanloop or LangSmith.
• Experience with Retrieval Augmented Generation techniques.
• Proficiency with one or more of the following tools: PromptLayer, LangChain, Humanloop.

Bonus Points

• Experience with building an AI enabled app or prototype/proof of concept using APIs from OpenAI or Anthropic.
• Hands-on experience with popular front-end development technologies.
• Thorough understanding of cloud-based software and system architecture techniques.
• Familiarity with cutting-edge trends and research areas like Multi-Model, SLMs, and inference learning, and reinforcement learning.
